We do business and answer calls from Monday to Friday Pacific standard time. Our phones are connected to the offices hours which are ONLY DURING 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. so be sure to calculate the time difference between your location and ours, thus eliminating the possibility of a wasted call.

Our lunch hour is from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pacific standard Time. Please make every effort to call before or after our lunch hour when we are fully staffed and able to efficiently serve you. For some reason, people continue to return calls or call for information “other than about products, prices and/or placing an order” during our lunch hour and often that information can only be supplied or answered by a person out of the building. As previously stated, our lunch hour is from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. During this time, only two people are available. No one is able to tell you about dispositions of orders, invoice totals, work being done, scheduling, what day something was shipped, and backorders. They will not be able to help you, if you are returning our call because we required additional information on your order we suggest you call from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. weekdays Pacific Standard Time. This allows for our employee's breaks and lunch. Please state, "I am returning (state the person’s name that left the message) call about (????)." It also cuts down the time for us to get you the person that called you originally. Your co-operation in these matters will allow us to efficiently serve you and save you from making expensive, unproductive calls.

The selection of exotic fruits will vary throughout the year. If your order of fruit is after the season is over, we will ship your order next season.
